That's about 125 jobs a year.
Missed calls × 52 weeks × job value × share that would have booked. Keyhold won't catch every one of these, and your numbers will differ. It's a way to size the problem.
Type your business name, pick your trade and play the call. On the right you can see what Keyhold understands as the caller talks.
The spoken preview uses your device's built-in voice. Your real receptionist uses a natural Australian AI voice, set up and tested with you before it goes live.

For the technical crowd. Keyhold is a real-time voice agent wired into the tools a business already runs on, with hard rules around the parts that matter.
Rings the number on your ute, website or Google listing.
Unchanged. Calls you don't answer divert after the rings you choose.
Every call opens with an AI and recording notice. No pretending.
It quotes only the fixed prices you approve. Everything else becomes a quote visit.
Safety keywords trigger an instant text to you, and 000 advice when anyone's at risk.
It reads your real availability, so it can't double-book or invent a time.
Transcript and summary for each call, so you can check exactly what was said.
Exportable any time and deleted when you leave. We never sell personal information.
Keyhold is in its founding-client stage. If you run a group of businesses, sell software or phone services to small businesses, or invest in this space, we'd like to talk.
In two out of three Australian businesses, the owner is the receptionist. Keyhold's plan:

I study electrical engineering at Curtin and work in a Perth lighting and smart-home business, so I spend a lot of time around tradies. The pattern is always the same: great at the work, too busy to answer the phone, and losing jobs to whoever picks up first.
Keyhold fixes that. I set it up with you in person, test it with you, and look after it every month. One go-live a week, so every client gets proper attention.
If Keyhold hasn't booked you a job in your first 30 days live, we refund your setup fee in full. No forms, no fight.

Yes. Every call opens by saying the caller is speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded so the details are right. We never skip this. Most callers don't mind, because they get an answer instead of a beep.
You set the rules. For burst pipes, gas, electrical danger or lockouts, Keyhold texts you straight away with the caller's details and tells the caller to expect a call back. If anyone is in danger it tells them to hang up and call 000.
Yes. Calls you don't answer divert to Keyhold. Customers keep ringing the number they already have, and you can still pick up whenever you're free.
Keyhold takes their details and texts you straight away so you can call back. You can also have it offer to put them through to your mobile during set hours.
Only if you want it to. By default it collects the job details and books a quote visit. If you have fixed prices, such as a call-out fee, you can let it say them.
You approve the script and booking rules before go-live, and it can only book into slots you open. You get a summary text for every call, and changes are included in your monthly fee.
No lock-in. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. You own your call records and can export them.
Only call minutes over your plan's allowance, passed on at cost with no markup. Most small trades stay inside the allowance.
No. We set it up, test it with you and handle every change. You just read the texts it sends you.
